About me
Today I live in south London. My son and daughter are adult.
Although English, I was brought up in Uganda.
I have background in education and business as well as counselling and therapy.
I did my counselling training at The Psychosynthesis & Education Trust in London.  
I am very experienced in relationship counselling and have worked

at Greenwich University as a students’ counsellor
○
in the NHS in GP surgeries
○
in private practice
I have special interests in:
○
Depression and panics - often in response to feeling that life is overwhelming.
○
Family relationships - forming a family can be a challenge as everyone’s needs and interests need to be included.
○
Addictions - whether alcohol, drugs or OCD generally are an attempt to handle deep difficulties.
○
Eating disorders - this extremely common condition is always traumatic and can be life threatening. Unlocking the connected pain is uniquely different in each case - challenging deep empathy and love.
○
Bereavement - when a listening ear is what one needs to restore hope
